Becmed LLC purchased the industrial building located at 3935 West Adams St. in Phoenix. The 40,794-square-foot building sold for $1.16 million, more than $28.40 per square foot. The owner will occupy the property as Sunset Ladder Co. and ABSS Manufacturing. Together, these companies manufacture and distribute ladders and scaffolding products for commercial use. Jeff Hays and John Filli of NAI Horizon represented the buyer. Mike Milic and Casey Tucker of Core Realty Partners/ONCOR International negotiated on behalf of the seller, TLC Polyform Inc.
