San Diego-Based Equus Realty Advisors Sells Tempe, AZ Office Building

John & Gael Pardi, using a 1031 exchange to back the acquisition, purchased the 23,851-square-foot office building located at 4801 South Lakeshore Drive in Tempe, AZ. Equus Realty Advisors sold the Lakeshore Plaza for $2.35 million, or $98.52 per square foot. The two-story building, constructed in 1983 features a double window line for all tenants, new parking lot, and is lushly landscaped. There are balconies over an open courtyard with table seating. David Bourne and Chad Carpenter represented Equus in-house. Steve Grossoehme of Rein & Grossoehme Commercial in Phoenix represented the buyers, John & Gael Pardi.
