Delta Spends Time In Saw-Ban

Travel Group Makes New Home In Sunrise

Delta International Group Inc., a four-year-old travel company specializing in time-shares, will relocate operations and 35 employees from Orlando to the Saw-Ban Building located in the Sawgrass Corporate Park at 1401 NW 136th Ave. in Sunrise, FL. In the move, Delta International will take 10,491 square feet of space on the second floor, in the Class-A office building, which features scenic river views, ample parking, high-speed Internet access, and easy access to Miami/Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. The 105,487-square-foot, 4-story facility is situated on over seven acres of land, and offered Delta International quick occupancy and long lease terms. Adam Starr of Brenner Real Estate Group of Deerfield Beach represented the landlord, Saw-Ban Ltd. Delta International Group Inc. represented itself in the deal.
