Progressive Mutual Insurance Co. leased 10,000 square feet of office space at 5000 West Tilghman St. in Allentown, PA. Located within the Commerce Corporate Center, the Class-B office building was completely renovated last spring. Renovations included a new HVAC system, new lobbies, rehabbed elevators and new restrooms. Commerce Corporate Center also offers 48 acres of lushly landscaped ponds, jogging trails, tennis courts, health club, a deli and picnic groves nestled among century-old trees and beautiful grass and wildflowers.
