Vision InfoSoft Corp. purchased the 11,034-square-foot office building located at 1915 Aston Ave. in Carlsbad, CA. The buyer agreed to purchase the 12-year-old facility for approximately $2.16 million, about $195.75 per square foot. Vision InfoSoft develops and markets high-quality software and information services for the electrical and plumbing construction industry. The buyer will be relocating from Encinitas and will occupy the building as an owner/user. Dave Steffy and Justin Halenza of BRE Commercial/NAI represented Vision InfoSoft.
