Developers Etkin Johnson Group and White Lodging Services completed construction on two new Marriott brand hotels in Longmont, CO. The hotels, a Marriott Courtyard and a Marriott Residence Inn, are located at 1410 and 1450 Drycreek Drive. Both provide much needed hotel and meeting space to the rapidly growing Longmont area, to the tune of total of 162 rooms, several meeting spaces and a restaurant.
