The property is located in the Richmond District near the Presidio, University of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Park. Mark Campana with Anchor Realty represented the buyer, Del-Camp Investments Inc. Kevin Chin with Sperry Van Ness represented the sellers, Anacleto J. & Guida Gonsalves.
