The 2-story, 130,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1972 and later renovated in 1986. Located in close proximity to banks and restaurants, the building also has many amenities such as tennis courts, a swimming pool, and four fiber-optic providers located next to the building. Destiny Metropolitan Worship Church began operation in 1997 and includes over 500 members in its congregation. Jim Bennett of Richard Bowers & Co. represented the seller.
