Morgan Tires, a national tire retailer, agreed to occupy 22,100 square feet of distribution space in Building 500 of Port 95 Distribution Center. The company signed a five-year deal, and will be in the space by September 1st. Building 500, located at 3951-4049 Southwest 30th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale, is now 100% leased. Skip Poulsen of the Poulsen Co. represented Morgan Tires in the transaction. Christopher Metzger of Cushman & Wakefield, along with associates Richard Etner and Sky Groden, handled representation for the developer and owner of the property, ProLogis.
