Henderson & Bodwell is a multi-disciplined, full-service surveying, civil engineering and construction management firm. The company has offices in Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio, and New York. The 10-year lease was for unit 35 at the 115,000-square-foot facility. Charles Tabone and Dan Gazzola of Melville-based Newmark of Long Island represented the owner, Manhattan-based Dymansky Organization. Tom Scinto of Greiner-Maltz Company, formerly with Corporate National Realty, represented the new tenant.
