Knitwear Manufacturer Leases 52,350 SF

Fessler Co. of Schuykill County, one of the largest and most successful family owned-and-operated, high-end cotton knitwear manufacturers in the country, leased 52,350 square feet at 300 Poplar St. in Richland, PA. The space is divided between two manufacturing buildings, each consisting of 26,175 square feet, which were previously used in the textile business. Fessler has moved into the space and is using it for the manufacturing of cotton knits. Building features include existing knitting machines, loading docks and drive-in bays. Century 21 Advance Realty negotiated the transaction.
