ComScore Networks signed a sublease deal with Con Edison Communications for 8,500 square feet on the 13th floor of 132 West 31st St. The sublease is through October 2008. ComScore Networks is an e-commerce market research firm. In June it purchased the Internet Audience Measurement service from Media Metrix/Juniper. ComScore combined its new unit with its already established Media Solutions Division and began looking for a new New York office. With corporate offices in Reston, VA the company wanted an office that offered easy rail access to Washington D.C. and chose Penncom Plaza because of its close proximity to Penn Station. The new office will be home to 35 employees. David Itzkowitz and Michael Erwin of Equis Corp. represented both parties in the deal.
