Triquest Business Center #14 LP purchased the 7-building business park known as Los Vallecitos Business Center. Located at 800-830 Los Vallecitos Blvd. and 125-145 Vallecitos De Oro in the city of San Marcos, the buyer agreed to purchase the 150,312-square-foot project for approximately $14.7 million, nearly $97.80 per square foot. The project includes industrial, retail, and office space fronting Highway 78 and is currently about 97% leased. Jim Spain, Brian Strange, and Josh McFadyen of Colliers International represented the buyer. Louay Alsadek, Mark Avilla, and Dennis Visser of BRE Commercial/NAI represented the seller, CTF2-San Marcos Partners LP.
