The business insurer is relocating from 17821 East 17th St. in Tustin and plans to take occupancy immediately. Built in 2001, the 9,658-square-foot, two-story office building was 100% vacant at the time of sale. John Manion with NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Phil Fridd with Lee & Associates and Lynn Dort with Meridian Pacific Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Hutton Development Co.
