Investment Partnership Purchases 87,424 SF Industrial Building

SKD Properties LLC, an investment partnership, purchased the 87,424-square-foot industrial building at 11600-11620 East 51st Ave. in Denver, CO. The purchase price was $3.35 million, or $31.32 per square foot. Located in the Montbello Industrial Park, this pre-cast building was built in 1973 and sits on a 3.96-acre lot. Building amenities include one ground-level door, 12 dock-high doors with 10 levelers, 20' to 22' clear height, 38' by 35' bay spacing, two Union Pacific rail spots, wet sprinklers, and fenced lot. The building is currently 100% leased to Form Tight and Ryco Packaging Corp. Michael Dobbs of Howard-Dobbs Real Estate Group Inc. represented SKD Properties in the deal. The CB Richard Ellis team of Mike Camp, Jim Bolt, and Mindy Weiner represented the seller, American West Gas 1993 LLC.
