The purchase price was $3.35 million, or $31.32 per square foot. Located in the Montbello Industrial Park, this pre-cast building was built in 1973 and sits on a 3.96-acre lot. Building amenities include one ground-level door, 12 dock-high doors with 10 levelers, 20' to 22' clear height, 38' by 35' bay spacing, two Union Pacific rail spots, wet sprinklers, and fenced lot. The building is currently 100% leased to Form Tight and Ryco Packaging Corp. Michael Dobbs of Howard-Dobbs Real Estate Group Inc. represented SKD Properties in the deal.
