Capital Group Stays At Westwood Gateway

The Capital Group, an international financial corporation, signed a five-year renewal for 96,285 square feet of office space at 11100 Santa Monica Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA. Capital Group is the largest tenant in the Westwood Gateway project. Total consideration for the Class-A office space was not disclosed. Finished in Italian marble and bronze, Westwood Gateway's 16-story and 20-story towers offer spacious suites with panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling laminated bronze glass. John McRoskey of CB Richard Ellis represented Capital Group in the transaction. Tony Ranger represented the landlord, The Irvine Co., in-house.
