Longust Distribution leased 54,075 square feet at 1190 North Anaheim in Anaheim, CA. The full service tile and flooring distribution company will occupy over one fourth of the newly built, 192,785-square-foot, industrial/distribution building, featuring cross-dock loading and fiber-optic capabilities. Longust Distribution was founded in 1975 in Mesa, Arizona and since then has grown 20-fold, expanding throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California. The company distributes virtually everything available in flooring from ceramic tile and stone, to the Omalon Carpet Cushion, to Flexco Rubber & Vinyl. Steve Bryant and Lance Parker of Grubb & Ellis represented Longust Distribution in the 6-year lease. Brian Corrigan and Nick Roussos of Voit Commercial Brokerage and Jeffrey Kernochan of the Fischer Co. represented the landlord, The O'Donnell Group. The estimated consideration was over $2.1 million.
