Two Buyers Purchase Industrial Building For $12.3 Million

Che Chen & Shu Fen Liu purchased the 320,411-square-foot industrial building located at 31353 Huntwood Ave. in Union City, CA. Total consideration for the deal was $12.3 million, or $38.39 per square foot. Built in 1982, the concrete tilt-up structure features loading docks, ground level loading, heavy power and 35,000 square feet of office space. Building amenities include a conveyor system, a 6,000-square-foot refrigerator, two chemical storage vaults and a 40,000-square-foot mezzanine. CB Richard Ellis in Oakland represented both sides of the sale transaction.
