Touchstone Industries Subleases 23K SF In Corona

Azusa-based Touchstone Industries signed a sublease for 22,778 square feet at 1137 West Bradford Circle, and will be making this industrial space in Corona, CA its new home. Touchstone signed a sublease that runs through July 2005 with a total consideration of approximately $418,000 and will use the facility for manufacturing plastic products. The sublessor, Acorn-Gencon Plastics is consolidating into its Chino and City of Industry facilities. This deal represents one of the last sublease space availabilities in Corona in the 18,000 to 30,000-square-foot range. Kevin Frejlach of Collins Commercial represented the sublessor, Acorn-Gencon Plastics. Jeff Ruscigno of Lee & Associates represented Touchstone Industries.
