Baycare Buys For All Branches

Baycare Health System signed a 10-year build-to-suit lease at 3986 Tampa Road at the Oldsmar Mark Town Center in Tampa, FL. The 3-story, 39,100-square-foot building is now complete. Baycare started to move into the first floor and will continue to occupy the rest of the building in phases, within the next six months. Baycare Health System is one of the largest nine hospital alliances in Western Florida. It works in conjunction with Morton Plant Mease and St. Anthony's hospital in Tampa, and according to Steve Klein, this deal will allow it to consolidate all of its branches within one building. Steve Klein and Larry Gilbert of Klein & Heuchan represented the landlord. Vector Realty & Management represented Baycare Health System.
