E2open, the collaboration network for the electronics industry, signed a 37,000-square-foot deal valued at about $3.48 million at Pacific Shores Center Building 6 located at 1600 Seaport Blvd. in Redwood City, CA. The company will occupy a portion of the 5th floor through a 47-month sublease with BroadVision Inc. The space is in "plug and play condition" and is an improvement from E2open's current location at 1075 Old County Road. BroadVision is still on the hook for 246,000 square feet in the building, which is the last of the three buildings in the complex it had planned to occupy. Dreamworks recently leased Building 4 and the Jay Paul Co. recaptured Building 5. Howie Dallmar of Cornish & Carey Commercial-ONCOR in Palo Alto represented E2open. Mike Michaels of CRESA Partners represented BroadVision in the transaction.
