Timothy Stanton joined HSA Commercial Real Estate as executive vice president of the newly formed Corporate Real Estate Services Division. Stanton is responsible for managing the growth of the corporate services efforts, providing acquisition/deposition, build-to-suit developments, and construction management. Additional responsibilities include tenant representation, portfolio management, financing/capital markets, lease administration, and sale/leaseback services for office space users. Stanton was formerly employed with Prime Realty Services Inc. as senior vice president. He was responsible for the portfolio management for Advocate Health and Hospital Corp. the largest health care organization in the Midwest. Prior to working with Prime Realty, Stanton developed Realsource Inc. independent broker network, representing clients in 200 cities throughout the US.
