Mia Reed & Company Ltd. purchased Long Point Plaza Shopping Center, located at 8133 Long Point Road in Houston, TX from CenterAmerica Property Trust LP. The retail facility is a 1-story, 66,068-square-foot neighborhood center that was built in 1960. Long Point Plaza is located in the Spring Branch area, which is made up of a number of small neighborhoods. Two of the nicest, Spring Valley and Hilshire Village, and the appealing Springwood and Monarch Oaks subdivisions are immediately south of Long Point Plaza.
