Empire Distributors, a wholesale distributor of wine, spirits, beer, and bar beverages, acquired 3755 Atlanta Industrial Parkway in Atlanta from Circuit City Stores Inc. Empire Distributors paid just under $5 million for this 407,891-square-foot industrial facility. William Johnston and Al McConkey of King Industrial Realty represented Circuit City. Mitch Kahlert of Icon Commercial Interests represented Empire Distributors. Al McConkey of King Industrial commented on the deal, "This was a great buy for Empire, at a great location."
