Staples In Michigan Closes Escrow For $2.355M

Big Rapids/Alpena LLC sold the Staples in Alpena, MI to a private investor for $2.355 million or $97.93 per square foot at a 9.7% cap rate. Located at 1064 M-32 West, the 24,049-square-foot retail building has 239 feet of frontage on the most traveled road in Alpena. Built in 1999, Staples offers over 7,000 office products to the largest city in Alpena County. Paul Kerber with Marcus & Millichap's office in Southfield, MI represented the buyer. Scott Hook and Allen Dehnke of Marcus & Millichap's Irvine, CA office represented the seller, Big Rapids/Alpena LLC.
