Library Leases 63,200 Square Feet

Mount Prospect Library leased a 63,200-square-foot building at 852 Feehanville Drive in Mount Prospect, IL. The building features two docks with 18' clear ceiling height, T1 lines, and voice and data cabling throughout. The space will actually serve as the interim public library during the major redevelopment and expansion of its existing facility located at 10 South Emerson St. The construction project, which plans to double the size of the existing building, is expected to commence this winter and be completed for grand reopening in fall 2004. Sean Kropke and Michael Whisler of CB Richard Ellis represented the owner, Kensington Building LLC. John Musgjerd and Tim Hart of Staubach Co. represented the tenant.
