Two leases totaling 26,825 square feet of office space were signed at Equity Office's Bay Park Plaza 1 located at 577 Airport Blvd. in Burlingame, CA. Mills Peninsula Medical Group leased the entire 3rd floor totaling 17,926 square feet. The nonprofit, community-based health care organization signed a 5-year deal. Craig Kalinowski and Brenton Wickam with Cornish & Carey Commercial-ONCOR in San Mateo represented the tenant. In addition, CorPay Solutions Inc. renewed 8,899 square feet on the 4th floor of the 8-story, 139,000-square-foot property. The company, which has been the industry leader for more than 20 years in providing customized solutions to meet corporate needs for outsourced payables, signed a 1-year deal. Carol Donnelly, Becky Selna and Ken Young represented Equity Office in-house in both transactions.
