Built in 1972, the single-story industrial building totals 20,925 square feet on 45,738 square feet of land and features two dock-high and two grade-level doors. The buyer will use the building for his computer component distribution and sales business. Joe Scuncio of Grubb& Ellis in San Jose represented the buyer.
