A 300,000-square-foot, class-A office building at 145 Huguenot St. in New Rochelle, NY sold to an affiliate of GHP Office Realty. The deal is one of the largest capital investment transactions in Westchester County this year. GHP Office Realty, which is less than three years old, acquired approximately two million square feet of commercial space in five counties in the New York metropolitan area. The newest property is the largest office asset in GHP's portfolio. "145 Huguenot Street fits in exactly with what we are doing. It is a multi-tenanted building that is essentially fully leased," said Andrew Greenspan of GHP. Tenants in the building include: the State of New York, Westchester County, Trans-Credit of America, Weidenbach-Brown, Advent Software, SW Wasserman and several law firms. HK Group represented the seller, The Galesi Group of Albany, NY.
