Resurgens Orthopaedics, a provider of specialized orthopaedic care, leased 12,500 square feet of space at Emory Crawford Long Medical Office Tower in Atlanta, GA for 10 years. This 357,782-square-foot, 14-story, class-A office building was completed in January 2002. Resurgens Orthopaedics will move into its new location in December 2002. Resurgens Orthopaedics was created in July 1999 with the consolidation of six well-respected orthopedic practices in the greater Atlanta area. Resurgens Orthopaedics has over 20 locations throughout metropolitan area. George Olmstead and Lee Eastwood of Cousins Properties Inc. represented the landlord in-house.
