Atlanta-based IDI, an industrial real estate development firm, leased 280,000 square feet of industrial/distribution space to Warrenville, Illinois-based International Truck & Engine Corp. at IDI's Pinnacle Industrial Center Building C, 4038 Rock Quarry Road in Dallas. International will distribute truck and engine parts from Pinnacle C.
