Sale In The Arvida Park Of Commerce

Berwind Property Group sold the office building at 791 Park of Commerce Blvd. in Boca Raton, FL to Schmier & Feurring Realty for $21.7 million or just over $157 per square foot. Over three years ago Berwind acquired the 138,000-square-foot warehouse facility located in the Arvida Park of Commerce. It proceeded to renovate the building, turning it into class-A office space, and it is currently 100% leased with five tenants. Schmier & Feurring was represented in-house and will handle property management of the building. Joe Nahas of Aegis Realty Consultants and Mack Gaither of RJS Realty Group represented the Philadelphia-based Berwind Property Group. Gaither also represented Berwind when it bought the building in 1998.
