Newcastle Properties LLC selected Colliers Real Estate Management Services, a joint venture of CB&K and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, to manage and lease a 2 million-square-foot portfolio of retail space within the Chicagoland area. Colliers REMS’ new retail management portfolio consists of 14 retail shopping centers strategically placed across the Chicago area. The properties range in size from 150,000 to 400,000 square feet, and major tenants include Dominick’s, Jewel-Osco, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Menards and K-Mart.
