Certified Logistics, a logistics and shipping company, signed a sublease to take over the space of Hudson RCI. The signing took place at 120 Royal Woods Court in Tucker, GA. Certified Logistics will be occupying 84,000 square feet at this building for the remainder of the sublease, which ends April 2005. The building, which is owned by Pattillo Construction Co., is a 227,735-square-foot, one-story industrial building. Dave Watson and Darren Ross of CB Richard Ellis represented the sublessor, Hudson RCI. John Phelps of Grubb & Ellis represented Certified Logistics.
