The building located at 1331 Lamar Drive is part of a 3 million-square-foot Houston center complex in the heart of the central business district. The 674,246-square-foot 4 Houston Center is unique in that it stretches the length of two full city blocks. The building's lower level comprises the Park shops, Houston’s only downtown retail mall.
