Two leases were signed in Robinson Plaza III bringing the occupancy rate to 94%. Dawn Roerink and Martha Graham of Massaro Properties represented the tenant and the landlord in both transactions. The first lease was to American Union Financial for 1,936 square feet on the second floor. Union Financial signed for a three-year lease.
