Houston-based Flagship Properties sold the Bristol Place Apartments in northwest Houston to New Orleans-based MBS Co. for approximately $27 million. Built in 1999, the property's 390 units are situated on 27 acres creating a very spacious and neighborhood-like environment. The buildings account for 364,585 square feet, while the total land area is 1.14 million square feet. Bristol Place does not have a building taller than two stories and offers 1st floor access to every unit except the lodge building, which has the advantage of interior hallways. The class-A amenities offered in this complex are unequalled in the market and that is reflected by the fact that the complex is 100% leased.
