Emulex Corp., a leading designer, developer and supplier of storage networking products, signed a one-year lease for the entire 40,020 square feet of office space at 3560 Hyland Ave. in Costa Mesa, CA. The move will give Emulex much needed room for expansion pending construction of its new 245,000-square-foot headquarters campus due for completion next September. Royce Sharf of Julien J.
