McGregor Interests Inc. purchased the 61,655-square-foot Tomahawk Center at 10902-11010 West 75th in Shawnee, KS. The transaction closed on June 18, 2002 for approximately $3.95 million or $64.07 per square foot. Based in Omaha, NE, the diversified commercial real estate firm specializes in asset management for its clients, and the acquisition and management of income producing property for its own portfolio. The Peterson Companies, represented in the deal by investment specialist Drew Quinn of Grub & Ellis/The Winbury Group, sold the building as an investment. McGregor Interests represented itself in-house.
