New Print In Warminster

Transcontinental Printing USA Inc. signed a long-term lease for approximately 204,500 square feet of newly renovated production and office space at the 55 Hawk Road and 690 Jacksonville Road buildings, located in Warminster, PA. Both buildings are situated within the North American Technology Center. Prior to its recent purchase by Industrial Investments, and its subsequent renovation and conversion for new business purposes, the NATC was formerly owned by the US Navy and comprised a portion of the Naval Air Warfare Center at Johnsville.
