Varn Products is moving its company headquarters to a 19,854-square-foot manufacturing building at 159 Dwight Place in Fairfield, NJ. The manufacturer of pressroom dampening systems will relocate from 8 Allerman Road in Oakland, NJ following the Marvel Manufacturing move out next month. Situated on 2.15 acres, the facility features 8,000 square feet of office space, two loading docks, and 1000 amps of power. Bob Nathin of Sheldon Gross Realty represented the landlord, Ramfair Associates. Tenant negotiations were lead by Ronald Kraft of Allied Realty.
