Sunrise Holdings Inc. of Sunrise, FL purchased the 18,360-square-foot flex building located at 731 Shotgun Road situated in the Broward Lakes Business Park for $2.185 million, or $119 per square foot, from Broward Lakes Business Ventures Ltd. The building, situated on approximately 1.4 acres of land, was erected in 1999 as part of the Phase II development. It currently plays host to eight tenants that occupy the entire available space, with leases active until mid-2003. Sunrise Holdings is currently one of the tenants and plans continued occupancy of its current space, and to use the remaining space as an income producing investment. Fernan Restrepo of the R.G. Group of Weston represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
