TGSC LLC purchased four buildings of the Tierrasanta Gateway retail center in San Diego. Located at 5910-5950 and 6020-6030 Santo Road, the buyer agreed to pay $7 million, or about $166 per square foot, for the 42,268-square-foot project. The acquisition also included an adjacent 4,000-square-foot piece of vacant land. The property was 100% leased to approximately 15 tenants at the time of the transaction.
