Metropolitan Life Acquires 6 Buildings Totaling 350,311SF

Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. purchased six industrial/R&D buildings in the Stevenson Point Tech Park in Newark, CA. It was purchased from GAL-LPC Stevenson Boulevard LP for a confirmed $45.35 million, or $129.46 per square foot. The six buildings are located on separate parcels of land at 39600-39745 Eureka Drive totaling 350,311 square feet on 23.15 acres.
