Branch Investment Group Inc., a private investment firm based in Orange County, California, has paid $5.8 million for the Via Montezuma Auto Service Center in Temecula, consisting of 14 suites in three buildings totaling 32,815 square feet on 3.7 acres. The purchase from Nelson and Nelson Properties One Inc. worked out to about $176 per square foot.
