$18.8 Million Apartment Purchase

CNC Investments purchased Hartford Place in Atlanta, from Sentinel Real Estate Corp. for $18.8 million, or $53,561 per unit. The complex at 500 Northside Circle, consists of 351 units, is 91% leased and comprises 315,100 square feet in close proximity to the Atlantic Station project. Chris Spain, Larry Orr, Drew White and David Gutting of The Apartment Group represented Sentinel Real Estate Corp. in this transaction. The Apartment Group is a Cushman & Wakefield company.
