Private investors, Roger and Giuliana Ury purchased College Manor apartment complex located at 411 Elliot St. in Woodland, CA, from TDE Services Inc. for $1.6 million or $40,000 per unit. Built in 1957, this was the first multi-family property ever constructed in Woodland. The four building, 40-unit, 19,710-square-foot complex was purchased with no vacancies and features laundry facilities and pool. Approximately 93% of the complex consists of 1-bedroom/1- bath units and the remaining units offer 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Brian Baniqued with Baniqued Realty represented the buyer.
