Commerciant, a technology pioneer in the wireless business transaction market, leased 7,074 square feet at Regency Center Westchase II at 2901 Wilcrest Dr. Commerciant specializes in wireless credit card processing, wireless eCheck processing and advanced mobile business applications. In a submarket with vacancies looming at 24%, not including sublet space, Regency Center, a 6-story, 156,585-square-foot class-B office building, built in 1983, has an occupancy of 95%.
