Coaster Company of America Inc. leased 220,000 square feet of industrial/distribution space at Majestic Airport Center II-Building One in Atlanta. The Santa Fe, CA-based company required the space that matched its embrace of feng shui, the Chinese belief that one can achieve harmony through the specific placement of furnishings and building designs. The 5-year deal also includes 11,000 square feet of office/showroom space.
