The tenant is relocating from 1911-1943 Hartog Drive, Unit 1939 of Building A in the San Jose Orchard Park. The warehouse space features four drive-in doors, 18' clear height and 1200 amps 480 volts of power. Colliers International in San Jose represented both sides of the lease transaction. Jim Parrish represented the tenant, while Ed Hofer and Martin Morici represented the landlord, Michael Susslin.
